We all started the morning with some dim sum at Capital Seafood at the new Diamond Plaza. While the ambiance was 1000x better than our usual dim sum spot, China Garden, the food was a little disappointing. It was good, but it lacked the msg and oiliness that makes up a good dim sum spot.

After shopping around a little bit at the Spectrum, we went to Marukai to pick up some goodies including rice crackers, some fresh tuna (my favorite), and of course a variety of instant noodles and frozen goods for Brian.

My stomach was rumbling but the wait at Anjin was 3 hours! So to kill some time we went to the movies and watched The International. I don't know if both of us were just really slow, but the movie was kind of hard to understand. I kept waiting for something to click where I would be like "oOohhhhh I get it"...but sadly, that never came.

Post #44- The Return of the Wangster

Today I awoke to someone vigorously knocking on the bedroom door. It was Wang! After he ran off to Boston in August, we haven't seen him since! It was nice to see him again- still the same old Wang, bickering with Brian left and right.

Hammy Wangster

Since he was our "guest of honor", we went to a dinner of his choice- Nice Time... I guess there's nothing like stinky tofu to bring you back to the OC. After dinner we headed to 3thirty3 in Newport for my friend's birthday.

The Birthday Girl!

He looks like he doesnt want to take a picture with me...but he really does, trust me. haha

While we tried to stay up and wait for Wang to get back, we did a vintage Mickey Puzzle- to match our Mickey sweatshirts! :)

Hello Kitty for MAC.
I love it!

Gotta love Wednesday Wine Nights...

After moping around a little today + job hunting...ended the night working on a puzzle that Nolan picked up over the weekend. It's surprisingly soothing.

It was just one of those days. It was pouring rain off and on today...I stayed home the majority of the day curled up watching my favorite TV series. I haven't seen most of them in a long time so it was just like watching a new episode!

But of course, with the SATC comes the sappiness.

Went to Peet's again today and got some more job searching done. Its sill discouraging.

I need some stability.

Post #39- Will You Marry Me Edward Cullen?

So, thanks to Niko I have a big bag of leisurely reading...complete with US Weekly, Cosmo, Lucky, and the Twilight series.

I blazed through the first book today. Now I understand all the hype about this Edward Cullen- Tall, Dark, Handsome, Romantic, and Heroic. What more can I girl ask for? Onto New Moon.
