We all started the morning with some dim sum at Capital Seafood at the new Diamond Plaza. While the ambiance was 1000x better than our usual dim sum spot, China Garden, the food was a little disappointing. It was good, but it lacked the msg and oiliness that makes up a good dim sum spot. After shopping around a little bit at the Spectrum, we went to Marukai to pick up some goodies including rice crackers, some fresh tuna (my favorite), and of course a variety of instant noodles and frozen goods for Brian.
My stomach was rumbling but the wait at Anjin was 3 hours! So to kill some time we went to the movies and watched The International. I don't know if both of us were just really slow, but the movie was kind of hard to understand. I kept waiting for something to click where I would be like "oOohhhhh I get it"...but sadly, that never came.

i know what you mean! i went to see that movie..and left very unsatisfied...like..wait, what just happened?! haha
