Yay! Coordinating CC came today :)

Was a really busy day again today. Hung out with Pig tonight...without The Hills, there isn't much to watch on a Monday night! We spent the night watching YouTube videos. Check the guy out...he's pretty talented:

I'm still not really sure why, but all of us were pretty beat today. Except for the birthday girl, we only consumed a couple alcoholic beverages last night.

We took advantage of what I refer to as "lazy Sundays" and slept in a little bit. After we all got ready, we had a yummy brunch at Literai Cafe- pancakes, eggs, hash browns, bacon, coffee and of course, some of the best conversation. We had some memorable funny quotes..."is sounds like a good looking persons name" "sorry i dont like your name"... hahaha

Wandering around 3rd Street Promenade afterwards, but none of us were really in the mood to shop. I drop off Nay and Trace at LAX in the late afternoond and drove back to the good ol Vine. Decided to take at nap around 630, but ended up sleeping until the next morning!

Picture to come later... :)

Talk about a productive day!

Even after a fairly late night last night, I was up bright and super early for a Saturday- 7am! Daniel and Niko were up even earlier setting up for their garage sale! Talk about intense- people started coming by their house prior to the posted 8am start time.
I rushed home to grab some of the clothes I wanted to get rid of and headed back to Niko's. By 830am people were swooping up all sorts of things. Our business was kind of on and off- it was almost as if they came in waves! Haggling gets tiring and I sat on the couch during off times to only get sunburned! Bah. The highlight of the day was selling their couch as we were leaving for a late lunch for $5...check out how the buyers transported it home!
Quick Sam Woo lunch and a 15 minute power nap later....it was time to get ready for the annual Jenny-Palooza!
Happy Birthday Jenny!!

Stuffed ourselves with all you can eat shabu shabu, and had a ton of conversation at 7 Grand. I haven't seen the majority of the girls in FOREVER (it has seriously been a year for some), so it was SO nice to catch up on life's happenings over greyhounds. :) Met some new friends, randomly ran into my cousin there, ate some late night ramen a la Carlie....and called it a night around 4am. Great times : )

Scrub-a-dub-dub. Gave Lexi a good washing today after work- after this June Gloom weather, she was filthy!

Met up with Pig & JK and we drove up to Monterey Park to grab some delicious hot pot with Wang and J.Pan. Today was a "historic" day in Wang's opinion because he landed a job back here in Irvine! He had moved to Boston last August and has hated it ever since.

After stuffing ourselves, we celebrated with Nuvo, some drink that Rick Ross had in his music video. Hahaha....picture four guys sipping this pink drink. Awesomeness.

Happy Birthday Sopheap!!

Did I even mention how much I hate the Lakers??

Today was game one of the NBA Finals. I was exhausted from getting into work super early today and decided to turn down the invite from the B&D crew to watch the game at one of their favorite sport bars. Instead I walked into the rowdiest house I could imagine. Beers were flowing and I'm guessing they started fairly early because cheeks were rosy and their were screaming like a cheerleading squad.

I also hate that the Lakers are in the finals because I see cars everywhere with these stupid flags on them.

Maybe I'm just really grumpy today. What's new right?
Happy Birthday Violet!

It was a hectic and quiet day today. Vinh cooked us a yummy spare rib and bacon wrapped okra dinner and we called it a fairly early night. Nothing too exciting today.

Post #153- Caaw Caaw Rawr Rawr!

After all the hype from the previews and from other people, we decided to have date night with our favorite pair! Sure it was a Tuesday, but I was seriously REALLY excited to see this movie. We had originally attempted to go on Sunday, but the theater was all sold out by the time we got there.

Got there early...too early...but I guess better safe than sorry, and while eating the usual Pinkberry....we all came to the conclusion that none of us really knew what the movie was even about!

Really cute movie :)
