Today we decided to check out the new Diamond Plaza in Irvine for lunch. We had ramen atAjisen Ramen because it came recommended from a friend. It was yummy and we were not disappointed! The restaurant itself was really cute and the service was pretty good as well. I had the premium pork ramen. yummy! After that, stopped by 85C Bakery for some yummy Chinese pastries that I love so much. They have an amazing selection and everything was so good! The picture above makes them look really sterile since they are in plastic bags, but I didn't want to get my germies all over them by taking them out of the bag. :) Green Onion Bun, French Cheese & Garlic Bun, Bo-Low Bao, Sponge Cake, Hot Dog Bun...yummmmm!
After doing a little shopping and slothing around a bit, we all ended up eating a late dinner at Shik Do Rak. They ran out of rice paper...which is kind of the whole point of their restaurant. So instead, they offered us more meat if we finished off our original order. One giant platter of meat, a seafood pancake, and three bottles of soju later...we all ended up force feeding ourselves in order to get more free meat. Super Chinese huh? Finished up every last piece of meat, got home, and passed out. What a night.
