I only joined the company about a month ago, but I can see why people love it so much. We recently relaunched our denim program and the company wanted to reward everyone that put into all the work to make it happen. They hosted an event on the 15th floor....the top floor of our newest building in what they called "The View Room". It was amazing- all three walls were floor to ceiling windows that overlooked the Embarcadero. We sipped "blue jean cocktails" and champagne while munching on delicious catered appetizers. It feels really good to have such a large company that appreciates you. Although I didn't have any involvement with the project, I can't believe the company would do something like this to show how much they value their employees. Awesome.
